Oh god what is wrong with me.

I have had the following symptoms for the past three weeks:
- Worst headache I have ever experienced 24/7
- Spontaneous temperature changes
- Throw up twice a day
- Wake up with extreme body pain to the point where I can't even move my fingers until after 15 minutes before it subsides.
- Coughing
- *New* Blurring vision
