The game must be fun and creative that allows me to do whatever I can think of. If I can play online with others that would be a nice bonus.

I have Blockland and I'm not interested in Minecraft or the sims.

Hm, Powder Toy is interesting. Could give that shot if you haven't already.

We need more in-depth details to what exactly you title "creativity" in gameplay.

Well, it has no online features (at least as far as playing with friends goes), but you can pretty much do everything you want: Sim City 4? I used to have it and I loved it for the very reason that I could do whatever the forget I wanted.
