Author Topic: SeventhSandwich's evented commission thread  (Read 1391 times)

Hey, my name is SeventhSandwich and I enjoy making things in VCE using events and other things. I tend to like taking on massively complicated projects that require complete understanding of VCE and it's many different functions.

If you want something made, ask me to do it and if I think it's not a horrible idea, I'll create it.

This thread is NOT for:
-Simple evented devices that you could get anyone to make for you
-Animated snakees or other ridiculously immature concepts/ideas
-Suggestions requiring many different, "Parts." (Ex. A full lava TDM, or a castle with an evented dungeon)

This thread is FOR:
-Difficult contraptions that you cannot make yourself that you need for a project
-Amazing ideas that you can't make yourself
-Things that will improve builds on blockland.
-Concepts. And by concepts I mean things like an evented system that you can place into your own creation to improve it.

Anything you suggest that I pick and create will be showcased on this thread.

So go ahead! Start requesting.

Wrong section and this isn't a build.

Make a Rube Goldberg machine using events.   -cookiesnip-

That wound not need VCE in any way. Just timed events making your idea 'simple'.

That's not a new concept.

I came up with the idea while I was thinking about how I would get a sort of telegram system going, in the case that a server used a sort of proximity chat. With a little bit of editing, you can make the sender brick send to multiple receivers, or vice versa. Orthone did do most of the work, and I'm grateful towards him for that. Though I did feel proud of myself when I added some customization to it, and each time I had to fix anything that went wrong. I don't currently have my save on me to upload, but I'll try to get it soon so that you guys can check it out.
