Not stealing money, I don't think that's ok.  They should only attack the governmental websites, countries like China are already implementing hacking as a weapon to gather intelligence.

Causing a problem is always funny imo.  And those stupid "Code Enforcer" police actually can't force you to do anything.  When they tell you to leave, you can just say "No" and they have to call a real policeman to get you to leave.  Once they've made the call, wait a few minutes, then leave.  The real cop will get pissed at the Code Enforcer for wasting his time with a bogus call.

China didn't even report about the riots happening in their major jeans production city.  We only know about it because the citizens actually got pissed off so much about it that they actually raged at CNN cameras about it.
