It's also kind of hard to believe you, as a few things in the op don't make sense.

As I go, "d'aww cute child", I hear a truck go straight past me, the driver, clueless that the child is right infront of him, PLOWS through the loving kid.

First off, you said the truck was a semi. If it were to hit the kid, there would be hardly anything intact to preform CPR on.

I immediatly stop and fall off the stairs and run towards the truck, as well as the mother who is currently crying.
I see this bloody mess, and the kid was completely dead, hit by a tire and crushed in two.

If he was "completely dead", there would be no reason to preform CPR. And you also said crushed in two. This basically means that he was split in half.

I tried to give the poor kid CPR as i'm not as much of a heartless bastard as people think,

This immediately set me off..

After about three more tries of trying to get his heart to start again, I fail horribly but keep doing it till the ambulance arrives.

His heart can't start if he's crushed in two. If your story was legit, then you really need to start cracking books.
