I've had a Xbox 360 for about 4 years and PS3 for about 2, but I seem to go on the PS3 more.

The only possible reason I find for you to buy an Xbox 360, is playing the new Halo games, just to clear something up: I hate Halo.

this is just my opinion but PS3 controllers are weird as stuff

probably not to people who are used to them, but something doesn't feel right about the thumbsticks.. my hand doesn't want to bend that way.

Xbox 360

Pros:
Good, reliable online service
Comes with a headset
More comfortable controllers (My opinion, others may disagree)
Hundreds upon hundreds of Indie and Arcade games
Backwards compatible

Cons:
$60 a year for online
RRoD
Controllers use batteries (You can buy rechargeable ones)
Not as many good exclusives as PS3

PS3:

Pros:
Free online service
Several great exclusives
Better hardware
Simpler menu system

Cons:
Not as quality online as XBL
Fat PS3s are loud as stuff
YLoD (Happened to my 60gb PS3)
Short recharge cable compared to the 360's superlong one

2. my brother had one (broke) and he gave me his old games

3. on the poll, ps3 is voted for the most
