wouldn't be better that when you join a servers you download the mods and then you can use the mods at your own server.

OffT: how do you change the settings from laptop to computer?

Not completely, some scripters prefer not to have they're scripts out 'till they're finished.

well there should be a option if you want to give the mods so other people could use it in there servers or not.

If you mean the key configs than press ctrl + O and click the defaults button, a menu will open up allowing you to choose.

Maybe if you hosted your whole Blockland folder/certain .cs files on an FTP site you could have certain files use Rudyman's Force HTTP download functions. But that'd cost quite a lot/take a lot of space.
