The hackers are terrible... I forgot to post about mine, so I don't remember the whole name. It had "Roxy" in it, I think. Maybe AnnaRoxy. She came into Ice Knight in a bubble and shining, doing massive rapid damage to Ice Knight, whilst acting like "What do you mean?" pretend obliviousness. I tried to report her, only to go "Holy stuff, that's right, you can't open that stuff here." You'd think they'd make much, much stricter detection in this to prevent hackers, even if it sometimes gets the wrong person. That was so blatantly obvious, especially the score, that I can't understand how they aren't caught.

part of the thread was allowing players to vent. this is what I had to say.

Your game is terrible and broken because of hackers. You seem to do NOTHING AT ALL about the hackers. "oh yeah let's see how the players feel" HOW ABOUT STOP WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THAT AND ROLL OUT A FIX?? you think a bunch of bloody kids are going to help you come up with a solution? sure there are some intelligent minds on the forums who know a thing or two on the subject, but if I were them I would NOT be wasting my time on this cash cow you call a "game". you don't care about me or anyone else here one bit. not once during the chaos patch have you addressed PVP hackers, you've only partially fixed the disconnect packet that was a problem earlier.

STOP WASTING EVERYONE'S TIME AND GET IT TOGETHER ALREADY! I've never seen a company with a product (and I'm going to call it a product from here on out because if you don't buy NX, honestly you suck at the game- sorry I mean product) this broken and defunct. I noticed it's in your policy that GMs are not allowed to talk to players in-game. WHY?? THIS IS STUPID. I know you're all too busy rolling in your piles of money but honestly something needs to change. I don't want to feel like I'm alone in reporting hackers, I want a GM online at all times and I WANT TO KNOW THAT THEY'RE THERE, DOING THEIR JOB.

I feel so bad for the people who waste their hard earned money on this game and this is what you give them. This hacker problem has been going on for WEEKS! You call yourselves the best in free online games? Nexon is nothing more than a massive joke! You're making record profits for crying out loud, HIRE SOME NEW STAFF! If there was one GM that patrolled PvP games, do you know how many hackers would get banned IN THE FIRST HOUR ALONE??

This is outrageous. You all seem to spend much more time pondering what cash shop items to include in the game than finding a long-term solution for hackers. No, let's not add a stronger anti-hack system (HACKSHIELD IS GARBAGE BY THE WAY!) instead let's release items in the cash shop that cost $11 each and can be used once! That will really add more money to our piles of money that we store in our vault of pure gold!! The cash shop is also a pathetic cash cow in itself, but that's a story for another time. (seriously, $4 for ONE ap point reset? that's pure greed!)

I can't join ONE pvp game without hackers. They will always ruin it somehow, I don't have any fun whatsoever playing your games anymore. Why should I waste my time and money trying to level a character when these hackers can do it hundreds of times faster for free??? There are so many hackers running rampant it makes me wonder if anyone's even getting banned over this. I've sent in 6 tickets, and I'll never know if the hackers get banned or not because of your broken policy that doesn't allow you to reveal what happens to their account. PEOPLE LIKE TRANSPARENCY, WHY CAN'T YOU UNDERSTAND THAT?

All in all this is pathetic. If you don't find a fix soon I sincerely hope people will stop playing your games, and your empire of money will burn to the ground.

It's when they actually start to cause problems (like in the new PVP system), and the GM's never respond when reported via GM Alert, that I get agitated.

I just tried playing Ice Knight on my F/P mage. Literally every single game had a hacker that disconnected the knight in seconds. Now I'm forced to sit here and train for hours.
