Not really, macs' are horrible.

It's just the compatibility everything on mac works fine except for the ping thing I just want to know a way to get past or fix it

Open terminal
Execute the dedicated script

That makes no sense since mac's terminal doesn't use the same commands, and as far as I know, don't read batch files either.

The problem is, is that your using a Macintosh you didn't forward your ports.
