Macros are client sided, limited to 10 bricks, consistent facing, and unable to have special attributes. They're also built into the game and can be used anywhere. It's like loading without admin, events, items, lights, etc.

Duplicator will only work for that one server, however, it can duplicate an entire build and all it's attributes.
There is a GUI to look at your dupe saves by the way. Go to "Load bricks" > Duplications, then there should be a list in there.

Unless you use the command to instantly equip a brick instead of using the cart then maybe you can use more than 10 different bricks.

Someone should make the duplications client-sided instead of server-sided so you can take the dupes with you.
