Also, it's really important that we don't deal with angry customers wanting a refund.  It's our top priority to keep our clients under control.

This is such a cheat, you hand out a free service, so no stuff you won't get any demand refunds.
I've had one refund demanded, of which it wasn't the quality, it was because they didn't like having someone else host it.
