This is what I acquired from this topic so far:
1. This a scam.
2. Unreliable hosting service
3. OP is stupid
4. OP has no idea what he is doing
5. OP has no knowledge of hosting services (Help topic: tick, tick)
6. He uses his own mother's computer which is likely from 2001 - 2005
7. No specs from the hosting service at all
8. No information about the upload or download speed
9. His modem/router is stuffty anyway
10. No remote access/backdoor to the server

I saw that Pacnet person a long time ago on my multibuild server. He made some events that glitched the stuff out of my game, almost making me crash.
Just thought i'd throw that out there.

Pacnet's server is 20 miles from me. (average 28ms)
My server is 850 miles from me. (average 40ms)

Pacnet is only 12ms different.

Based on distance, his ping should be ~75ms faster, but it's only ~12ms faster.
Meaning it has a ping that's about 53ms higher.
