ARTIFACT DEFENSE SIEGE
A new "gamemode" inspired by the old as hell but always fun
Pawngame, this is a variation of the standard Siege gamemode.

BASIC GAMEFLOWit's a new gamemode thingy, so it'll take a bit of explanation. :B
The
ATTACKERS spawn outside of the main complex of the Tutorial. The
DEFENDERS spawn inside in the second chamber, right with the final control point and vault doors to the
ARTIFACT.
The
ATTACKERS must progress through the Tutorial and capture all 4 control points and open the vault doors to the
ARTIFACT. After capturing all points, the
ATTACKERS must then enter the
ARTIFACT's chamber and shoot it but once, destroying it in a glorious explosion accompanied by L4D2 music. Why? Because it's just a stupid golden 4x cube and those
DEFENDERS are handicapped for defending it with their lives.
The
DEFENDERS must protect the
ARTIFACT no matter what, placing sentries, landmines, and stick bombs at all points and keeping the
ATTACKERS as far away from the glory of the
ARTIFACT as best as they can. After defending for 10 minutes, they will win as the
ATTACKERS realize that this is stupid and go home.
At the beginning of each round there will be a
60 SECOND PREPARATION PERIOD (that's 1 minute for all you big scale lovers out there). While the
ATTACKERS wait restlessly outside the Tutorial complex, the
DEFENDERS can place turrets and stuff. After this period ends, the gate to the inside will open for some unknown reason and welcome swift death into the building.
tl;dr attackers have to capture points and then shoot the glowly yellow cube, defenders shoot the attackers a lot
