Joker is wrong about driving slow. If you're familiar with the road, you can always risk maybe 8mph over and still be safe as far as handling goes and most likely cars around you will still be going faster making you less likely to be pulled over.

EDIT: Actually when I was driving back to Phoenix from Santa Monica they dropped the speed limit on the interstate by 30mph because the open lanes shifted over one lane. It was stupid.

Any traffic lights that don't have the magnetic sensor are outdated, and need to be fitted with them.

Corporal Jones was a good recruiter for the GI Insurance for the US armed forces.  So good in fact that the army sent a few men to see how he was signing so many GIs up for it.  At their visit they watched as Cpl. Jones explained the importance of the insurance:
