I want to add my dad as a friend, but I accidentally withdrew the invite and now it says he is "Ignoring" me and I cannot possibly send him an invite.
How do I un-ignore my using my dad's account?

Basically, how do I unignore someone on steam?
He can't add me as a friend since he is a non-premium steam member.

It's actually more relevant then your reply, it is because his only game is TF2, so it is impossible for him to send out friend requests.

Steam Community, Profile, Manage your X friends, "Blocked Users" tab.
Should be under there.

And no, TF2 really isn't relevant.

If you withdraw the invite it thinks the user is ignoring you. You have to get them to add you.

Look around your settings for ignored people or something, I've never had to deal with this before.
