You can do that every thing you listed on consoles. But yeah, the PC version is cheaper.

Why I love Battlefield DLC.

CoD DLC = 3 maps and 1 new zombie map for 15$

Battlefield DLC = New gamemodes, new maps with new vehciles, new weapons, new skins, new theme (veitnam) with its own new content aswell, free fo PC players and veterans.
