I know everyone should. I'm just saying that for Veigar, he completely relies on it.

Although, supports should let carries take minions.

Depending on the champ I'm in lane with when I play Malz, I harass really hard. I push their minions into the their tower to try and prevent them from getting the last hit. Some champs it benefits of course, others it doesn't. After about 7-10 minutes in game I was at 150+ cs with my opposition sitting at a weak 30.

I'm glad it's easier. Now I can really step up my learning with Udyr.

Also, seeing how you had a full build, you shouldn't be complaining about KS. In fact, you should be trying to let the rest of your team get kills. Seeing the champs on your team as well, you should've played tank, or a different champ (AD).

oh no their carry is fed surrender at 20

why do people do this? carries are easy as stuff to kill. especially if you're me as xin zhao, who if i can get someone else (preferably with good CC) with me can take them down with minimal damage. or you could just pile them in team fights. this is unless your whole team is 0/20 and everyone focuses their tank then go ahead and surrender
