Also, no using constraints.

Something similar to that.
You have to build a boat out of several small props, soda machines being the biggest (they float), then the water rises and you have to shoot other people's boats down with your weapons.

You realize that Gmod comes with all the HL2 content, right?

False.
It doesn't come with HL2-exclusive props, i.e. the citadel, combine barricades, and a few NPCs like the strider.

There should be an option to enable weapons.

You can also use the Give command
Ex: "give weapon_crowbar"
Ex: "give weapon_physcannon" (That's the gravity gun)
Ex: "give weapon_pistol"

In order to get more ammo + the S.L.A.M press p,auto does console command impulse 101.

In order to spawn hl2 weapons that aren't pickupable,go into a Half Life 2 game,go to Weapons,and there you go. Shells,viewmodels,and weapon models.

Random people/driver whatever mods, Liberty City mod, character models, guns ect?
