I'm not sure what else they can do with her. The reason she was brought in was because Rainbow Dash injured herself, and eventually decided to pick up a book out of boredom.
Bringing back any similar situation like that, and then having Dash go "Oh well, better read the next Daring Do book!" won't be the same as it was in "Read It and Weep". I wouldn't mind having her something more, but I don't see how they could do it without it roughly copying that episode.
