So cute
I love happy, cheery things

So I'm pretty curious about how you guys rationalize or irrationalize clop. Anyone wanna give an opinion then I can feel better about throwing mine up?
People masturbate to things big loving deal.

That's how I see it.

Edit: I see this for every special interest/research/love related thing.

sometimes i think i do better when i'm not listening to music

basically i just sketched this so i can use it as a shading subject
time for fun

Personally, it disgusts me, but as you know, anything loveual disgusts me.
I'm not sure if I'm just not tolerant enough or if there's actually a problem with it.
The checks you mentioned just make it less horrendous than it otherwise could be from my point of view.

Blast, your eyes bug me. You have irises, but no pupil.

Either that or the pupil is huge and the irises are that tiny border region.
I can't quite tell.

This, although I once thought that I should just give up.

Yep. Everyone who has standards considers lowering them at some point.

i don't draw in the pupils with sketches
for two reasons, one) so many circles in a small area are painful to look at, so two) little details like that i leave in my head

True. I draw them but just as vague shading in the sketches I do.

I did the lineart of Kristie, but I'm gonna scan that before I color it, so that on the offhand chance that I can ever learn to use vectors, I can make it look good without having to figure out where the borders on the colored version are. I use colored pencil for that sort of thing, and not the fancy kind, the stuffty kind, because I cannot afford anything better.
...Almost wondering if it would be a mistake to color it.

I always thought they accentuated the rest of the eye nicely when shaded.

i find it harder to visualize when a big black-ish-grey spot on my sketch. i generally don't draw pupils black anyway
