I'm sure there is rare cases such as mine where the patient is not constipated or starving them self. Hell I could poop any time I want, I choose not to.

This post made me lol. You're right constipation does not mean you can't poop for a day or two. I would post what it is but it's very incongruous especially when the topic is about ... ponies??

Tony you're holding in your stuff. You know that's incredibly dangerous to your body, right?

Temporarily holding it you won't get any huge effects, but repeatedly doing so will most likely cause long-term GI problems.
