i honestly have no idea what seeds do damnit
i just extracted the random seed for my save titled "Creative Equestria" with some site that grabs it from the level.dat for each save.

because i assumed completely that seeds are the strings of code that tell the level generator what to loving load D:

No, it doesn't. The seed is just the terrain generator's instructions, not some kind of map data.
