I've heard two descriptions of the episode, both from Equestria Daily. No images that I can recall.

"Hyper-organized Twilight panics when she can’t find a lesson about friendship for her weekly letter to Princess Celestia." "Twilight gets anxious when she loses something she wanted to include in a letter to the princess."

I prefer the first description, it seems more dramatic.
Though I suppose "can’t find a lesson" would be equivalent to "she loses something", as in the lesson is a scroll.
