so the first time future twilight already existed as future twilight who had theoretically already went through all the events past twilight was going to go through?

It's all one timeline

The warning we saw at the beginning of the episode was for Twilight not to worry about anything, but both her and us believed it was a warning of a great disaster

Twilight realized at the end that nothing bad happened, so she went back in time to warn herself, only to fill the place of the warning we already saw and close the circle

Of course, there's still a paradox because Twilight had to go back in time to start the events that lead up to her time traveling

Time travel is a very tricky subject, but this situation is a little more explainable than most

Timeline One:
Twilight Sparkle, over a period of unknown events, learns a lesson about worrying about the future and decides to tell her past to prevent the period of events from happening.

IS NOT CONTACTED BY A FUTURE SELF. Different timeline, different story, different events, different outcome.


Timeline Two/Episode 24:
Twilight Sparkle is contacted by her future self who attempts to warn her about something but goes back to her own time period before being able to say what.

Twilight Sparkle overreacts, believing the message to be related to a disater because of her future self's appearance.

Over a period of overreaction-events, Twilight Sparkle learns a lesson about worrying about the future and decides to tell her past to prevent the period of events from happening.

IS CONTACTED BY A FUTURE SELF, from Timeline One. Different timeline, different story, different events, different outcome.


Timeline Three and so on:
Exactly the same as Timelime Two. A new timeline is created every time Twilight Sparkle fails to tell her past, thus causing her to worry and panic. The paradox.

Unless a future Twilight Sparkle either A) manages to tell her the message or B) DOES NOT GO BACK IN TIME.
This kills the paradox.

in a nutshell, this is how I view it.
