Sure, the story begins like this...
Time: 9:00 pm
Location: An Abandoned Library in Ponyville
Subject: Twilight Sparkle
Twilight turns on the light in the room. She sighs and sees the room is a mess of tattered books and charred remains of other books. "Damn humans... they brought destruction to our front door". She walks through the room, scanning for any books that are still in tact. Her hoof trips over three books, still in pristine condition. She brushes away the ashes on the books and reads their titles. "The Dark Fire Chronicles... a story of human intervention". Tears roll down her eyes as she remembers the Dark Fire wars. In those days, brimstone rained down apon the innocent and darkness was see for miles. Now, humans and ponies were cleaning up the remains, even after 20 years. A hair falls from Twilight's mane, a gray hair. "I might as well read and relive the terrible memories... but I've never seen these books in print in my whole entire life". She sits down in a seat that wasn't either charred or broken, and flips through the first pages of Operation: Eradicate.
A quote from Lt. Martin:
- "These are the darkest times of our lives. What was once peace and unity, has been turned into discord and chaos. If these chronicles were to ever be uncovered, the true colors of the war would be revealed to all. So please, read at your own risk."
She continued to read, there was a prologue to the story, it read:
In the year 2046, the human world, Terra, or Earth, collided with the planet of Equestria. Smashing both poles together, combining the planets into one. In the year 2050, explorers were sent to explore this new planet. The first explorations told of another earth, with the same biomes of our world. Later explorations in 2051 has found signs of what the creatures called themselves, ponies. Examination had shown that these creatures ran the same lives as humans did, not like animals. 2052, diplomats were sent to find the leader of Equestria, Princess Celestia. The diplomats had reasoned with her and allowed a treaty between the humans and equestrians to begin. Embassies allowed humans access to the new world. Many humans found enlightenment and happiness from the new world. But, something threatened the sake of this treaty. Princess Luna had plans of sabotage against the treaty. She had found out that the humans has histories of blood thirsty and ruthless wars. She had formed the rebel alliance known as the Dark Fire Horde. With this army she threatened the very balance of this new world. Darkness and chaos ruled, and harmony was forgotten. The Human-Equestrian Alliance was formed to protect bounds between both the humans and equestrians. And now the show has begun, in 2055. The final act between good and evil has started. With all of the actors in place, the show will go on. It will take 10 bloody, dark, and sorrowful years before it will all end. Welcome, to the Dark Fire Chronicles.
