the way they get around that is using a program that re-records the video and audio, I'm not sure if its lossless quality or not but they do exist. there is another program that just decrypts the DRM, but it currently doesn't work with the latest DRM.

Yeah, I guess there's not much DRM that can stop people from just screen recording it. I imagine program would let your specify the codec, but I would probably rather have the lower-res original than a high quality re-recording. My monitor isn't full 1080p so resolution doesn't mean as much.
