Because:
A) The whole 2 pegasi, 2 unicorns, 2 earth ponies balance will be unbalanced...
B) It should realistically screw over her relationship with her friends...
C) Immortality and excessive magical power unbalances her in comparison to the others...
D) loving bad fanfictions...
E) We hate the 1% "high class" and don't want them as our protagonists...

This. If they turn her back, then I will only be angry for exactly the duration of the finale. It's stupid that they would have her change in the first place (after all, isn't part of friendship accepting others AND YOURSELF for who they/YOU are?) but if she changes back then it's not a permanent problem.

So you hate it because you're pushing some 1% bullstuff on the show, you think there was actually a balance of power(lol magic versus honesty), she was already a god(no one will ever admit it Twi has always been OP), and there will always be fanfictions like that. There were fanfictions of it before and there will be fnafictions of it after.

If an event is impressionable enough, yes. I mean, he's never ever had friends before, so Fluttershy sticking up for him the whole way through would be pretty damn impressionable.
