Actually, I think in the first Trixie episode they had to do an emergency rewrite because one of the voice actresses was out sick.
And we know. We figured that out during the Derpy fiasco.

Sorry to bust your bubble here but, chances are it won't. We're lucky if we keep half of our fandom 1 year after the show's final episode.
After that well... we wait for maybe Gen 4.5/Gen 5 and see how that turns out in 10 or more years.

It won't, many of the talented people would get bored and hop off the fandom while a stubborn few left try to put it on life support.
Basically, it'll end up like the rescue rangers fandom.
