lineart is hard

i just wish i could figure out how to go from sketch to awesome

everything else is a pain in the ass

the sketch is actually really easy once you understand the anatomy, they're not supposed to be too detailed anyway

I've done so many pony heads that it only takes a few minutes to do this

while it takes at least 10 to get the lineart looking right for the same area

Regulith do you have any tips for a noobie trying to get into drawing pones?

I know, sketching is getting loads easier for ponies, but I am talking in general. Lineart is just tracing, and with line smoothing and the proper layer techniques, it gets done in 10 minutes or less (depending on amount of content).
