<3 Relic Studios for actually asking me if I want to install DirectX or C++ redistributable instead of forcing it down my trachea, making me gag like an starfish and delaying the launch of my game.

What does it mean by AUX installer?

loool this made me lol
atleast, yes, it does make it a little faster when you dont have to install the dirext x and redistrutable every time

I like when installing games from the 90s they still ask me if I want to install Directx 3.0.

I hate when installers only exist to install another installer.

In Steam for some games I have to run first time setup every single time because I already have that program it tries to install, so it won't install and I have to exit the setup get to the game.

How'd you get retribution? :D

Sooooo... Everything that uses pando?

why have I seen this exact thread before

That happened for me before, with Magicka.
Because I already had the XNA SDK installed.

Incase you didn't know, you had to update Windows Installer to install some applications on XP.

you only download pando once

you only download pando once
you download the installation files from the pando downloader and then install it.

Pointless downloader utility doesn't equal installer.

I read somewhere that most games install directx over and over because they use a specific release of directx that may not work right with future or past versions.  Just if it could run a check for the required libraries or whatever it needs...

the extra 20 seconds for any of this really dosnt ruin my day
