Try giving credit to the original mind behind this idea, aka me.

sorry gen i did not know you thought this up but do you think it is good?

OP makes little sense of what they are supposed to do. And how the forget does jumping happen from gravity. Jumping is caused by using force againts gravity while gravity pushes you down. Also, what would be the point of these.

"i thought up a very broad idea, not you!!!!"

I don't even get what your asking for.

he wants to change gravity as in walking on the roof.

How the forget did you determine that from the OP?

1: Change your position. this means nothing without number 2.
2: like make you flip to that. making you flip to gravity, now number 1 makes sense.

(context clues)

I suggested this about 1.5 years ago. Everyone told me gravity shifting is impossible and would need an engine change.

But I see a rough way around this with a vehicle. It would work like the gravity jeep only with a walking animation on some boots. I don't see why that hasn't been made yet.

i think he means like those red and green bricks from roblox that flip you upside down.
they were fun, but had limited use.

Oh my gosh those were as fun as hell.
I made (or sorta made, I never finished it) a game where you started normaly, flipped upside down, and won by returning back to the start upside down, and there was an upside down door at the end.

Maybe I should finish that.
But if this is possible, it should be made.

Probably because you can't have a player walk while also being on a wheeled vehicle.

And, honestly, I don't want to be falling upwards randomly with some boots on.

The player wouldn't 'walk' it would just have the animation of walking. Also, if the boots worked like the gravity jeep you wouldn't fall up, you would walk up the wall.

However, my guess to why this isn't made is because the vehicle would have to be in the shape of the player otherwise your player would not tun sideways or upside down. And that would ruin player avatars.

Tis be NOT impossible.

A long time ago, I played a game called Marble Blast Gold. It was made with Torque 3D and had epic power-ups. Search on google the game. The Gravity Modifier is basically what he's asking, I believe.

TL;DR it is possible, according to another game.
