I browse YouTube. I go look up some anime/touhou videos that are unrelated to MLP, and guess what? Ponies.
I go on Google Image search to find an image that shouldn't have anything to do with MLP. Guess what comes up? Ponies.
Plus, I don't have to state again: avatars. Ponies.
This doesn't happen on a regular basis, and in the unusual event that it does show up on a search, it's ridiculously easily to avert your eyes and look for something else. You're being an oversensitive pusillanimous individual.
Trust me, I'm not complaining just because I can. I'm complaining because of how far and out of control this has gotten. It'd be like if I went around spreading random anime images all over the place, changed my avatar to a new anime image every other day and all that. I don't do that because I try not to be annoying, and even give the option for people to use Adblock to make my avatar not show up for them if they don't want to see it. When basically anybody who watches MLP figures out that one person's blocking their avatar using Adblock, they flip out and rage over something so stupid, then try and change it every 5 minutes so that it shows up. I admitted in the last thread like this that I block MLP avatars from showing up on my PC, and about a month ago, I cleaned out my Adblock filter. Within a month, I've managed to block a whopping 106 MLP avatars, seriously.
Your argument is basically, "It's frequent, so it's bad". You have yet to name an actual reason why you dislike the fandom besides, "If I see it more then once in a while, I hate it." In which case, you are once again:

I'm going to regard your adblocking of the avatars as you trying to be edgy.
As for the avatars, 106 additional avatars is still ridiculously low. At peak traffic on the forums, there are around 300-400 people on. Which means if every single user with an avatar like that was on(Keep in mind, this itself would be rare), only 25% of users would have a pony avatar.
Like I said, I have friends who are into MLP and I'm fine with that because they aren't annoying like almost 90% of the people on this forum who's into it that are running around with avatars and all that. I'm also assuming you're into it, but I don't see you randomly spreading it around, and I respect you for that. You're on my good side for that.
But saying that the MLP thread was created to anger others who hate it, you're saying that everybody who watches MLP and posts about it/is just a fan of it does so just to piss everybody off. Therefore, you're basically saying that they do it just to troll and try and be cool. That's what I got out of that part of your post.
I don't hate MLP without a reason.
If everybody in the world had your mentality, you would be shot in the leg for going outside with a pop culture t-shirt or a hat with a popular energy drink brand on it.
As for paragraph two: That's not what I said. The thread was created to deter the anger of oversensitive pussies. You need to work on your reading comprehension skills.
