Yume Nikki Is a similiar game, its fun, its creepy as forget, and its full of references to her insanity.

I'm sure the fact that the monster is blue, and the child references have a lot to do with it. It's really interesting to me. There are different endings, what i've seen/heard of so far is one where you see the monster sneaking towards a new visitor who was only just leaving the mansion, and another ending where you see the blue monster behind a door with teeth right after you leave the mansion.
There has to be a good ending somewhere.
