Lemme start off by saying this, I have had a long history of tornado dreams, interest in tornados and stuff like that, so my day started off just loving fine, I planned on going to skateworld (indoor skatepark made out of a basketball court) during the evening with my friend, and so I did, but right around the time It was time to leave, I looked up in the only window up near the ceiling, and I noticed lightning, now I have a phobia of bad storms during the night, because 1, I cannot tell if anything bad is coming my way, and 2, my dreams have traumatized me, big time, anyway, It concerned me a bit, but not enough to make me freak out or some crap, THEN the loving employees kick us out because "theres a bad storm coming" so of course, this scared me stuffless, because if it was just some normal thunderstorm than there would be no need to kick us out because of it, anyway, the sky was full of lightning, every loving where, it looked like loving tornado weather, Our mother actually dropped us off at skateworld so when we finally got out of skateworld, me and my brother jumped in the car with my friend, we had no idea what time it was so we didn't know if our mother was coming to get us, we drove down our street and it happened to be the only street with no power, how convenient!, so as we drove down the street my brother tryed to get a hold of our mother, she never answered, and when we got to the house? the wasnt there, this just made it worse, AND THEN, OUT OF THE loving BLUE, MY FRIENDS VAN RUNS OUT OF GAS in the driveway, and we get stuck there for a minute, but there was a little bit of gas left so we were able to restart it and make it to a gas station, we then made our way back to skateworld where our mother was waiting for us, biggest loving relief I had ever had, after that the weather died down and my power just turned back on a few minutes ago, forget

EDIT: oh, and our basement is nothing but a hole under our house with rocks covering the floor and spiderwebs everywhere

Wow, that sucks. Are employees really allowed to do that? Protecting customers might be good for buisness.

If you're so worried, head for the hills. Mountains=no tornados and stuff like that.

Is there any disaster moutains can't save you in?

I almost got crushed by falling tree from an insane rainstorm we had. And wildfires. I never said everything.

I was just asking if moutains can save you from natural disasters, thanks for the answer

What I'm saying is things like tornades and hurricanes are close to impossible in mountains. Too many uneven surfaces and trees for it to last a while.

It was a loving sever thunderstorm warning, THAT WAS IT, GOD DAMN

Reminds me of the time when me and you were at the water park and all the employee's started claiming there was a tornado just to get out of work earlie

Forgot an R brotha, and yeah, I do remember that, scared me back then too

If you want to know how close thunder and lighting is from you it's easy. When you see lighting count how many beats before you see thunder. Repeat. If the number of beats get smaller it means it's moving away from you. Vice versa.
