Author Topic: What do you think is the most important/valuable sense?  (Read 798 times)

I was just thinking about this earlier, and I want the forum's opinion.

Also i'm not making a poll because i'm lazy.

Don't forget to give a reason, too.

I can't really decide on one right now.

Touch because without touch you could not feel pain.

Yeah good job giving a reason.

Probably eyesight.
Being deaf would suck too, though.
But eyesight because everyone can use text.

Yeah good job giving a reason.
Isn't it common sense as to why I'd pick common sense? :cookieMonster:

Sight. I could stand not hearing, because people could still communicate via text, sign language, or even charades. Smell isn't that important to me. Lack of touch would be ok, but I'm not sure how that would work; would my body just be numb? Lack of taste would kind of suck, though I guess I wouldn't have to be picky about food choices.

Touch because without touch you could not feel pain.
Because pain is wonderful.

I'd say hearing, because if I just get so paranoid if I can't hear when alone.

vision.

you can see all the beautiful things, the taj mahal, polar bears, boobies, movies, etc etc.

Touch. Without touch, in the dark your other senses are next to useless. You can't feel your way to a door, you just have to hope that your eyes adjust in time for you to find one.

Oh, and don't forget, without a sense of touch, you wouldn't be able to feel anything while having love.
