wow guys, why don't you help him? I personally do not know much of this sort of thing, but I do beleive that you are using an incorrect IP. Try using the IP that it gives you on ipchicken.com  works for me AFTER I port forwarded, and search up you get signal or something like that, and check to see if your port is open.

Because if you have no idea what your actual ip address is, then you didnt port forward. Thus making it completely irrelevant to even host a server.
