Author Topic: CASEY ANTHONY IS NOT GUILTY WTF!!!!!!!!!!!  (Read 6015 times)

tribal much?

It's not tribal, it's the truth. I'm actually against racism unless it's a joke.

Well, I don't think so.

The jury was most likely well picked if they ended up voting not guilty

Unlike most people on the Facebook pages saying Caylee got no justice, who are saying the jurers are belligerent stuffs.

Kalphiter has a reasonable statement, no one was there, nobody knows WHEN, HOW, or WHERE, she died. Maybe she got hit by a car and they didnt want to be arrested, But then again, Casey Anthony is still mentally Ill, she was making up some fake person that stole her daughter, who knows, maybe she is telling the truth and was drunk when she gave Casey to the lady. (She was a nanny)

I seriously thought she was going to get manslaughter, certainly not first degree murder. Casey Anthony, I think, had something to do with this murder. I don't know what. I would have said not guilty to murder, and probably the same for aggravated assault, but manslaughter is where I would draw the line. Besides, I wouldn't be able to look at her, and then give her the guilty verdict of first degree murder. I just couldn't do it.
Quotes from pissed Facebookers: "BURN IN HELL BITCH" "HOW CAN U WALK OUT OF THE COURT WITH A SMILE KNOWING UR KID IS DEAD?" And my personal favorite, "I hear she was sleeping with the jurers."

Ok that last one doesnt make sense, she already had a boy friend >.>

She was smiling because she didnt want to die, and they really didnt have enough proof to that, she had no DNA traces of Casey when she died, the forensics couldn't even get a CLUE as to what killed her.

Hence, resonable doubt. The jurers did what they were supposed to do. They had reasonable doubt of this murder, and so did not convict her of it. There was no evidence linking her to the murder other than that she was there, and as I previously stated, she certainly didn't stand to gain anything.

the fact she got away with everything is entirely the prosecution's fault. they should not have gone for murder with that little solid evidence, MAYBE manslaughter, but they would have certainly gotten her for child neglect.

Hmm, yes, the prosecution was really going for the throat there. They were asking for too much, and paid the price of a relative loss.

I hate the jury system, its like OJ Simpson but with a kid and mother.

Literally exactly what I said irl

Thats what I mean. I've yet to see someone put some proof in that she isn't guilty.
The client is innocent until proven guilty. That's all you need.
Any other proof that she wasn't there is just support.

No stuff she's an irresponsible mother.
But there's not enough evidence to prove she killed Caylee.

Default innocent, default guilty

Pick one

Ever watch 12 Angry Men? Good movie. Watch it.

I thought she would get at least manslaughter.
My belief is that she attempted to use chloroform to put her daughter to sleep, but gave her too much, and she died from that.

My mom watched this trial thing for hours on end every day.  Verdict was not guilty and the only person relatively mad was my dad...  I still fail to see why this was interesting enough to watch every day; what a waste of time.

Yes, because posting this on the forums isn't a waste of time.

I know what you mean, my grandma and mom watch this ALL DAY as much as possible on Nancy Grace.
All she does is repeat the same stuff all day in a mad voice until something new and insignificant shows up.
