"well duh it gets interesting at around page 5000"
No one is going to read through 5000 pages of empty plot and empty character development to get to the "good stuff".
That's like saying "oh go ahead and skip to halfway through the novel", thus skipping anything important, except the difference between any literary art and homestuck is that most literary artworks have actual effort put into it.
