there's a long-lasting flamewar or whatever you want to call it and i think badspot should do something about it.

Being nice obviously doesn't work because people still complain. MLP fans should just drop the act and do whatever the hell they want, people are going to complain either way. If it gets out of hand, maybe the stars will align and an admin will step in to sort things out for good.
