Here's a list of stuff you should change on the main character:

His pants need more detail. (Pockets and stuff)
His arm needs detali. (Flashing stuff)
He needs more muscles.
He needs a badass face.
He needs a helmet.
His backpack needs more detail.

Yeah he'll become more detailed once I get normal maps figured out.
Maybe.
Already done.
Not sure how I would do that but ok.
You're going to be able to choose your clothes. This is just one outfit that I made.

Looks like you're going on this alone then, for now? So you'll be taking on level design, modelling, texturing, animating, story writing, art direction, programming and a plethora of other fundamental tasks... Are you acceptably experienced in any of these subjects? I would make it a point to start with a solid plan and a strong skill-set before taking on a project of this calibre. I'm no game design guru but I'd want to take Void's advice as he seems to know what he's on about.
Regardless, I wish you good luck. It's a learning experience.

Moving on...

I'm pretty good on the artistic parts you mentioned. Programming is the only challenge because I haven't ever done much of that besides a little in blockland. I'm still not sure, but my real life friend might help me with this. The only problem is that our ideas conflict so much.

i calls dibs on texturing

I posted a bunch of new stuff on the site, so go check it out

Nice work Tylale!
What modeling program do you use?

Hey Tylale!
I've seen the progress you've made on this! It is amazing! I've spent much time in Blender myself, and I was wondering if i could help? I'm really good in texturing and render of objects. I've done a lot of diffrent projects requiring texturing. I know how to do bump maps, texture maps, shading, uv maps, ect... If you accept, then message me and I'll get started as soon as you let me! Thanks!

Well like I said, several times now, I'm not accepting anyone else to help me. Maybe in the future, but I'm not sure. The only way I would accept anyone at this point would be if they were at least 10x better than I am. And if anyone is going to apply, at least show me an example of your work...
