It is going to be worse than all the other ones past the last CoD game to only be accompanied by a number. After that point, they stopped utilizing old people to make games. I remember featurettes by the Call of Duty developers where they went out of their way to show how these old people helped design the game so realistically. Now, they make up wars. Maybe with young war vets, but it isn't the same.

Anyway, I'm sure there's at least a few topics about this continuing abomination. Lock this.

I'll probably buy it anyhow, but I doubt that I'll like it very much due to the fanbase. I can't say anything about the game, but due to previous experience with the fanbase, swearing twelve year old kids galore.

MW3 looks just like MW2. The only different things are the guns which they have added some random things to the models.

But a game doesn't have to be realestic for it to be good. Just look at the first Halo, Bioshock, and tons of other great unrealistic games. I know Call of Duty games used to be actually based on wars, but eventually they were going to run out of wars.

I would argue hardly anyone who says it will be bad are bandwagoning. Having a collective opinion =/= bandwagoning.
And it's not about being realistic really. It's just every single game is the same thing over and over and hardly anything changes. They effectively copy/paste the multiplayer and add a few new maps and guns. stuff gets boring.
