This is pure hell.

And you thought he was ALREADY on crack.

Sleep at the other side of the bed.
Leave your pillows and use the quilt as one.
everytime i do this i have better dreams :o

But remember to pull back up your pants/underwear/pajamas/what ever you sleep in.

I heard someone could be knocked out by clapping their temples I wonder if that could actually work on yourself? (do at your own risk :P)

What I usually do is listen to people talking. If I hear people talking, for some reason I can just close my eyes and listen to it and eventually fall asleep.
Don't use obnoxious voices though. They just make it harder to fall asleep.
