a item that when you die you stay for 60 seconds then you die [so it is like being downed] you lay there.Now if someone has the item and the click you you have 25% health left.

Can't you edit this with the zombie mod and add a few things in it?

Didn't the zombie mod have some sort of annoying/loud sound play when you're downed?
