I'm having trouble understanding the wonderfully drawn picture on how to install the mods.
Do I put PHResource pack in the team fortress 2 file or the contents of it.

edit: Ok so I joined and all im getting is blackscreen after the downloads but I can open the community tab with ease so its not frozen.
