Author Topic: It looks like I'm going to be in the Air Force  (Read 1555 times)

Here's the good/bad news.

The Air Force uses the delayed entry program. This means that no one goes to basic training without a guaranteed job or job field. It could be a couple of months before I ship out or it could be over a year. I have no way of knowing when a job I selected will become available.

Which job are you going for?

I never said the air force was just flying planes
I never said you said that.

Which job are you going for?

Multiple. Being job locked sucks. But regardless, any job could have a long wait.

You should totally try to be one of the guys sitting back in base with a joystick, flying an unmanned bomber. :D

Someone should add wings to the titanic and fly that.

My brother in Law is in the Air Force

the US navy has like twice the amount of jets n planes then the air-force has.

Do it BEFORE you relax. Else you'll be too soft for enlistment. No offense, just advice.

Additionally, stay safe dude: we still need your epic building skillz. ;)
