By law she is innocent. I was talking to a good friend of mine about it, whom is an entertainment lawyer (He also served as a criminal and family lawyer, but grew distant from each for personal reasons), and he brought up the interesting point that we have and can only really ever see at most thirty or forty percent of a trial that is on television. There is evidence that we do not see and there are points that the media does not cover. Not to mention the bias the media forms around the case through their comments and coverage.

The jury could not finish the list of items needed in order to find her guilty - They could not sum up a reasonable doubt with all that they saw, all that they heard, and all that they discussed. It is a fair trial. People want to see justice, but giving this woman all this attention is far from it. So, if you must, look at it this way: Her punishment is living, in the open, with millions of people who is sure she is guilty. She must live with that constant reminder, those constant threats, and I'm sure constant attacks for the rest of her life. One must wonder at times if the walls of a prison are formed for the protection of the citizens or for that of the prisoners. But what can be done at this point?

I'm also sure substantial evidence was found and collected. It's not like they are going to release everything to the public. Don't base your opinions off of what you can see when you actually need TO BE THERE to see everything else that's important.

If you had brought your laptop, and watched the case every day like my family, you would know that the jurors were not stupid, the lawyers were. They found and proved no evidence of any kind at all. And as if she hadnt already served jail time, she had been in for 2 year (I think?) already, and she got 1 year (I think?) for lying to the court. Does this means she is guilty, it means she probobly feels guilty, and in retrospect is, but she was no found guilty because the lawyers produced no solid evidence. Also, if the Jurors thought she was not guilty at the beginning, they were dumbasses, but after a 30 day trial, im positive anyone would want to leave.

Bisjac was right as far as im concerned, and i will go out on a limb and say that he has more common sense than you at times.

The media will focus on anything they want to make a big deal out of. It's not that it is one.

People will still know. I gurantee that even after surgery there will be cameras filming, just waiting to see her with a new face and body - Though I doubt she is getting complete reconstructive surgery and will look nothing like her old self. And even still, that won't stop people from speaking, news from reporting, and word from spreading. She will still hear what people say about her even if she looks different. She still has the same name, the same records, the same past. People will know and I don't think she is willing to go into complete hiding until everyone shifts their focus.
