Author Topic: Bird Player Type  (Read 2305 times)

My best friend last friday was IRCing me on blockland telling me that Blockland needs a bird mod. He also told me nobody made it and that he did some hard searching and only found one related suggestion. So is it possible to make it?

Could use the air dragon script. I want this. /support

People have pushed for animal playertypes/vehicles but very rare do they ever get made, to much work and we are all lazy.

Can we do it Lego Island 1 style. Such as the parrots fly around with out actually having their wings flapping.

Just like the Duck playertype we have, no moving wings.

@lord tony,What duck playertype? Also,i would like that robo-bird from that spy movie as a playertype  :cookieMonster:

This is loving blockland the game based off legos.

Based, not is.
Blockland is inspired/based off of Legos, that does not mean that it is a Lego game.

It's like saying Mega Bloks are Legos, they're similar but they are not the same thing.

Then flying birds with wings would be exactly like trying to copy lego because new lego games have flying birds with wings.

No it would be copying real life, Lego did not invent flying birds.

You got a point there.

How does it make sense for a lego toy trying to copy real life?

Birds are from real life, Lego (in a sence) is 'copying' them, and we should do the same thing so we can be original.
