HHNNGGGGG. Its like making your mac an ipad.

Oh look, more useless things on a Mac!

The idea was to introduce the highly successful feel of iOS onto their main computing platform. I'm not sure if I buy into it, I've read reviews that its too dumbed down and cluttered and that in their attempt to please everyone they made an OS that doesn't fit the requirements of either party. Someone even called it a potential Vista for Apple.  :cookieMonster:

eww mac

Oh look!

THREE, wild friends appeared! Quick, use confusion!

This is going to turn into a Mac vs Windows war.

It is going to happen.

OnTopic:

I can't wait. I just got 10.6.7 and I don't really notice a difference from 10.5.8. So I'm hoping this is much better than Snow Leopard.

Its funny how whenever you mention Mac, many of the users here suddenly show their idiot side and start being morons about it and posting false inflammatory things about the system. Yet turn the table, and they'll gang rape people who make a derogatory comment about PCs.

Worst kind of idiot.

Tom

Mac OSX updates are usually kinda of gimmicky, but this is a whole new level.

At least they aren't charging $50+ like windows updates do.

loving this.

Hmm, thats pretty decent. Buckles the general trend of Apple usually being more pricey... a pity their other products couldn't be less costly lol. When you send the product internationally sometimes the conversion of currency can make it a bitch to buy things.

I don't really like Macs, although the only trait I like about it is the fact that it's immune to most viruses.

I would purchase it, its a plus because you dont need  a disk to download,  but I just upgraded my mac and dont feel like doing it again.
