Spotify coming to the US

Author Topic: Spotify coming to the US  (Read 4613 times)

Since some of the members here are mentally challenged, and don't know how to read, interpret information, or use any site other than the Blockland Forums (Sites such as Google, Yahoo or Bing, etc); here's a short explanation of Spotify.

Spotify is a downloadable client that streams lots and lots and lots of music from various famous and indie record labels. The songs are not downloaded, they are played instantly inside the player. Basically it's iTunes with a much larger playlist and every song is full. Spotify has three options: free with ads, $4.99 with no ads, or $9.99 with no ads and the option to use Spotify on mobile devices as well as the ability to cache songs for listening while offline.

HAPPY?

EAT IT, EURO-cigaretteS.
I didn't see a topic on the first page and I didn't feel like checking the second one.
forget YEAH, I had Spotify with a French proxy until they implemented the location checker.
God I've been looking forward to this forever.

I take it you didn't even read the article, and if you did, didn't bother to do a quick Google search.

On-topic, yay.

Parks wouldn't announce an exact time for launch, but did tell us that the service will offer three pricing plans, including the free, ad-supported version that made it such a hit in its native Europe
Sounds about right.
Looks pretty cool.

And Spotify still isn't available in Germany... :panda:

Wow, we've had it here in Norway for 2 years now.

What the forget is spotify? The original poster leaves no loving information.

Am I the only one who already knew what Spotify was?

Well what the hell is it?

Well what the hell is it?

Yes enlighten us before we get pissed off due to this vague topic.

Really? Are you loving serious guys? Look at the huge god damn GREEN BOX in the link that very clearly says:

"The award-winning music service [...] Millions of tracks ready to play instantly, on your computer and your phone.

Any track, any time, anywhere. And it's free!"

It's not my fault you forgeters can't read.

Well for one its not that hard to search for what it is if you dont already know

Anyway its a free (and legal) peer2peer music sharing application that allows you to instantly listen to music (I think its instant not sure).
