[Server-Sided Request] Everbot

Everbot would be a Server-Sided bot, with a custom RTB-Pref that allows you to change it's name.
Everbot would have a log-- (somewhere)-- and put words said throughout the server into the log. And every 5 minutes- (there would be an RTB-Pref to change the amount of time)-- it would pick 7 random words, and put them into a sentence at random, based on the alloted amount of time. Thank you in advance.

He didn't just take 9 random words from sentences. He looked for patterns such as what words often come after other words. Though this would take a few years of him listening to come anywhere near understanding, he was still capable of occasionally forming a proper sentence.
